Our Bakery was established more than 20 years ago when we baked and sold at our local markets. Around 9 years ago the market trade took an unfortunate downturn, however, the Farm Shops and Garden Centres had a revival and that is where we concentrated our efforts. Today we have grown into a thriving business that we are very proud of. We now stock our products in over 100 outlets but we have certainly not lost the ethos that we had in the beginning and that we stand by! Our products are lovingly made and packed by hand in our premises in Lancashire using only the best ingredients, sourced locally if possible and our approach to our customers is a very personal one.

Here at Williams Hand Baked we have a large varieties of products for you to enjoy. Our range of fresh Tarts are a fabulous tea time treat, then we have 12 varietys of moreish Biscuits that sit brilliantly alongside our slices including Almond and Caramel Shortbread. Our most popular product has to be our well renound Eccles Cakes, although these are a local deicassy they are extremely popular where every we take them!
